Josh Childress is the PADI Northeast Regional Manager and Mast Scuba Diver Trainer. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, he brings a broad understanding of both guest experience and business development. Josh is passionate about supporting instructors and creating meaningful programs. He also serve as a PADI Platinum Course Director, mentoring the next generation of dive professionals and helping elevate training programs around the world.
